1.- Admission to the school is restricted by school management regulations and by conditions of age, ability and conduct.
2.- It is expected that all who present themselves for enrolment lend their respect for the religious principles upon which the school is founded and pledged themselves to support the efforts of the teachers and all conscious students.
3.- A new student joining from his / her home must produce an original Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or Village Panchayat in support of the Date of Birth & part II order (PTO) entered in the admission form along with original admission from itself (Photocopy is accepted).
1.- Admission to the school is strictly on basis of an entrance test of the Annual Examination level of his proceeding class. Once a student fails the Entrance Test, he/she will not appear for the same within that academic year.
2.- There will be three Unit Tests, Half Yearly and Annual Examination during the year.
3.- Promotion will be made only at the end of academic year on the basis of the result of the final exams.
4.- Pupil failing twice in the same class will not be allowed to continue his/her studies in the school.
1.- The purpose of the attendance system is to develop a sense of responsibility to one’s appointments and ensure the fullest possible return of a student’s investment for his education. The school seeks the co-operation of parents to have the child in school on time.
2.- 80 % attendance in every session is compulsory. Failing which student will not be allowed to appear in the examinations.
3.- Those coming late must show their regularity record duly filled and signed by the Principal. Students coming late to school continuously for three consecutive days will be sent home and will be admitted later only in presence of parents/guardian.
4.- Every absence (sick leave of otherwise) must be entered briefly in the NON - ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE RECORD Pages of this diary and should be signed by the Parent or Guardian.
5.- Repeated absence without leave or explained absence for more than 07 consecutive days renders the students liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls Re-admission if granted will be done on payment of Re-admission fee only.
6.- All are expected to attend class on the opening day after each of the vacations. Those absent without leave will be fined at the rate of Rs. 5/- per day.
7.- Absence for more than seven days immediately after a vacation renders the student liable to have his/her name struck of the rules.
8.- In case of infections or contagious disease, a child must not be sent to school until a medical certificate is produced stating that the child is not longer liable to spread infection.
1.- Students who come to school on their own should reach the school ten minutes before school timings.
2.- Changing of classrooms between periods should be done in an orderly manner and silently. Students should not unnecessarily leave their class at the end of every period.
3.- Students should always be neatly dressed.
4.- All boys (except Sikhs) must keep their hair short. Girls must tie their hair neatly with a white hair band.
5.- No books other than text books or library books should be brought to school. If they are brought, they will be confiscated.
6.- Mobile phones or any sort of electronic device is strictly prohibited in school. Any student found in possession of any of these will be rusticated from school.
7.- Bullying, use of abusive and foul language or violent behaviour in any form are punishable offence.
8.- Students are advised to keep their classroom, school building and campus clean and throw leaftovers into the dustbins.
9.- Students should follow all instructions and directions given by school authorities and not do anything to disturb the principles and norms of school discipline.
